A landmark of Capitol Reef, UT the sandstone summit of Pectol’s Pyramid catches the morning sun. I spent a month in Capitol Reef National Park this October and on several morning walked up to watch this formation catch the early morning light. This wood block print is the result of those early morning tea-and-sketchbook sessions.
